Meet Dr. Stivers

Dr. Mark Stivers received his dental degree from Marquette University in 1996 and he completed a General Practice residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Dr. Stivers completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University Medical Center (now UCSF – Fresno) in 2003

Dr. Stivers is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Stivers has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.

Dr. Stivers is a proud Navy veteran.  He was an enlisted Navy Dental Technician for five years and later served as a Dental Officer for three years.
