Meet Our Staff
Grace — Patient Care Coordinator
Grace has been in the Oral Surgery field since 2015. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she will always greet you upon arrival with a smile. She handles all our patient scheduling, financial estimates, insurance verification, billing and many other functions of our front office. She continues to keep her education up to date by completing a variety of billing courses and is BLS (Basic Life Support) certified, as well as, a certified Dental Assistant. Grace has grown up here in the PNW and loves to take full advantage of what the Northwest has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, camping, hiking and of course, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks!
Alex — Patient Care Coordinator
Alex, works with our new and existing patients to ensure each visit is positive, and stress free. Her favorite part of working at Silver Creek is being part of a team who strives to provide the best care for our patients, making them feel comfortable, and understood. Before joining our staff, she was living in San Diego, California, until she decided to move back to the Pacific Northwest. Alex is a Seattle native, who received her BA in Communication Studies, as well as Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing on a sunny day, and traveling.
Tiara — Surgical Assistant
Tiara is one of Silver Creek’s fun and loving Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery assistants. She has been assisting for 10 years. She is ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Exam) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two bunnies Daisy and Reese.
Jennifer — Surgical Assistant
Jenn joined Dr. Stivers’ staff in 2018 as a surgical assistant, and continues to serve the medical community at both of his Everett and Seattle practices. Jenn began her career in Oral Surgery after her 2002 graduation from Bryman College in San Jose, California. Afterwards, she received her IV Therapy Certification at Gateway Community College in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout her career she has found value through seeking out continuing education programs, and certifications correlating to the Oral Surgery field. Some of which include BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and she successfully passed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination, commonly referred to as DAANCE. Jenn enjoys living in the Pacific Northwest spending her free time outdoors, with her family, and spunky Chihuahua, Brutus.
